ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Catherine! I'm a Registered Dietitian who's passionate about food freedom and nourishing one's body without rigid food rules.

I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's of Health Sciences in Dietetics in 2021. Upon graduating, I took time for myself to travel and learn more about myself. You will see bits of my passion for travel sprinkled into my website, enjoy!

During my gap year I also prepared myself for the Dietetic Internship with Sodexo. www.dieteticintern.com I finished the internship in May of 2023. I recently passed the exam and will be pursuing work as a Clinical Dietitian.
